Tractor Trailer Driver

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate tractor-trailer units to transport freight to various locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload freight as necessary, utilizing forklifts and other heavy equipment when required.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours worked and vehicle maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transport.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving, ensuring the safety of yourself and others on the road.
- **Qualifications**:

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Experience in commercial driving, particularly with tractor-trailer units.
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and regulations.
- Ability to operate forklifts and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 55 per week
