D & W Group Inc is looking to fill the position of an Agriculture Service Technician in our Vineland location. The Technician, under the direction of the Service Manager, will primarily be responsible to perform mechanical repairs that result in oustanding customer satisfaction while providing the Service Manager with customer background information consisent with good business practices. The technician will adhere to established safe working procedures and wear the proper safety equipment at all times. This position will ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency. This role will also adhere to company policies and standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete and on-time delivery. The Service technician must possess ability to perform strenuous physical labour and ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- **Preferred Experience/Education/Knowledge**:_
- Minimum 2 years experience in performing service repairs.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems used in agricultural and construction equipment repair.
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labour.
- Ability to work in a hot and humid environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Valid, clean driver's license with a preference for commercial license.
- Fork lift license preferred.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
