Job Summary:
As a Hoist Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of hoisting equipment on construction sites. Your role will include transporting materials, tools, and equipment to various levels, ensuring that the site runs smoothly and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate hoisting equipment to lift and move materials, tools, and equipment to designated levels
- Monitor equipment for any malfunctions and perform routine inspections
- Communicate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate material transportation
- Follow project plans and site specifications to ensure accurate material placement
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, including load limits and operating protocols
- Perform routine maintenance on hoisting equipment to ensure safe operation
- Assist with other site duties as needed, including general labor tasks is a must

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience operating hoisting equipment, preferably on construction sites
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations for hoisting operations
- Good manual dexterity and ability to handle equipment controls accurately
- Must be able to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Valid Hoist Operator certification and/or license
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts and occasional Saturdays
