**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to standard recipes
- Engage with guests, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies and ingredients
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods
- Uphold La Roca’s standards of service, quality, and hospitality
- Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 year experience as a bartender in a busy environment
- Proven ability to prepare a wide range of cocktails and beverages
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of fine dining and wine is an asset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must have or be willing to obtain necessary certifications for alcohol service
