_ **Spartan Fitness & Vintage Iron Cycles Red Deer (Subsidiaries of Kick North Outdoor Ventures Ltd.) are now hiring for a Full-time Retail Store Sales & Service 9Associate**_

Spartan and Vintage Iron Cycles operate out of the same retail location. Currently our Fitness line includes brands such as NordicTrack, Life Fitness, Altas, Body Craft, Hoist, and our brand Vo3 Fitness Our E-bike line includes brands such as Super 73, Michael Blast, OneWheel, Eride Pro and Vintage Iron's Synergy line up

We are currently looking to add another staff member to help with the growing amount of sales and service work. The position is listed to be full time, but we may be able to accommodate a part time position as well.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Opening/Closing Shop Duties
- In-Store sales of fitness equipment, fitness accessories, electric bicycles, electric scooters, and associated accessories
- Service and repair of e-bikes, e-scooters and fitness equipment, as well as assembly and quality assurance of e-bikes, e-scooters and fitness equipment.
- The position is primarily a sales role while customers are in store, and providing backup service support when time allows
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales & service
- Assess customers needs/wants and provide assistance and information on product features
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- “Go the extra mile” to ensure customer had the best experience while visiting the store
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Build productive trust relationships with customers and our community
- Comply with inventory control procedures
- General small mechanic fitness equipment and bicycle repairs
- Local Trade Shows
- Bicycle and/or fitness service and repair experience an asset, but not required. Willing to train the right individual.
- Sales Experience of 1-3 years an asset, but not required
- Must be able to multitask in a high pace environment and adapt to change.
- Team Player & Work well supervised and unsupervised
- Punctual, hard working, fun and outgoing personality
- General knowledge of Fitness Equipment and/or Electrical Bicycles recommended, but not required. Willing to train the right person.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
