Machine Operator (Full Time Position ONLY)

Wage - $20 - $24 /hr with a wage increase after a 3 month probationary period & annually thereafter based on performance & work ethic.

Training provided.

Hours - Monday to Friday (8AM to 4PM) w/ paid half hour lunch.

West Coast Labels Ltd. Is searching for self-sufficient, smart, and mechanically inclined individuals looking to pursue an amazing career opportunity in one of the lesser known trades. We specialize in flexographic and digital printing of labels and tags for a wide variety of products. This position is full-time with benefits included, opportunities for wage increases, and plenty of opportunities for overtime during our busy season (July - September).

This position requires you to be confident, punctual, and a problem solver; while also being able to lift 50+ LBS safely and enjoy working independently.

Day to day activities include the following:

- Moving large rolls of paper / material to and from your machine.
- Following specific directions for multiple different jobs throughout the day.
- Die cutting blank labels (aka cutting labels to the proper shape using a tool attached to your press.)
- Keeping your press clean and maintained.
- Organizing and locating material throughout the warehouse.
- Recording job progress via programs provided.
- Daily clean-up

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
