We have a great opportunity for you to show your skills as an encouraging Team Leader for Investor Communications. This position sits within our Ricepoint department located in the Montreal area but currently operates remotely until we are fully back in the office.
This position will lead a team of customer service agents to respond to the day-to-day customer service inquiries generated by shareholders, brokers, employees, and other stakeholders with relation to holdings and accounts in a wide range of companies while managing the related processes.

As the Team Leader Investor Communications, you will support the day to day activities of the Investor Communications Admins all while keeping your team motivated and encouraged.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Guiding a team to common goals
- Encouraging individual and team progress
- Feedback and coaching including resolving performance issues
- Resolving customers disputes with a high level of customer service
- Conducting interview for new staff members when needed
- Maintaining employee attendance and payroll records
- Ensure security protocols are adhered to in order to safeguard private information and avoid fraud.

As you’ve probably gathered by now, we are looking for somebody with a real passion for helping people and will have the ability to build up their teams while coaching them to success.
Other key skills required for the role include:
- Must reside in the Montreal area
- Previous experience in a call center setting
- Basic knowledge of financial billing statements
- Organization skills
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 10+Mbps of high-speed internet connectivity.
- Dedicated personal landline or cell phone for usage during hours of operation
