- As a member of the Machine Shop team, this position will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery, such as flat sheet lasers, tube lasers and tube bending, while adhering to company procedures.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Operates shears, punches and brakes, and power hand tools.
- Works effectively in a team environment.
- Reads and interprets blueprints and/or process sheets.
- Maintains accurate information flow to support our first-time quality initiatives.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:

- Prior experience operating a press brake, shear and/or punch press is required for this position.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Must be flexible to work various shifts.
