We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team.

**Duties**:

- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Caulk gaps and cracks to ensure a smooth finish
- Follow blueprints or schematics to determine the layout and design of painted surfaces
- Use hand tools such as brushes, scrapers, and sandpaper to complete tasks
- Communicate with clients or project managers to understand their painting needs
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during the painting process

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of construction painting techniques
- Proficiency in industrial painting methods and materials
- Familiarity with residential painting processes and best practices
- Ability to read blueprints or schematics to determine painting requirements
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and project managers
- Time management skills to complete projects within deadlines
- Attention to detail to ensure a high-quality finish
- Experience with caulking and sealing surfaces
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as brushes, scrapers, and sandpaper

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
