You’ll love it here We are hiring immediately for an assistant retail manager, which we call an assistant store leader. As an assistant retail manager, you will lead and coach a team of sales advisors and work together to create an amazing customer experience.

What you’ll do:
- Motivate and inspire your team to help customers find the perfect product or service- Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture while having fun- Oversee store KPI's (revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, health & safety)- Maintain a healthy profit and loss

What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience leading a retail team of at least 20 associates- 3+ years’ experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals- Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment- In this role you will be placed permanently in any of our Ottawa store locations (eg: Kanata, Orleans, Ottawa East and Ottawa West) and ability to commute to those locations is required
