**Responsibilities**

- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized garden area.

- Conduct basic math calculations for measuring nutrients and water.
- Engage in heavy lifting as required during planting and harvesting activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with irrigation systems and techniques is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools related to gardening and cultivation tasks.
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing nutrients accurately.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as necessary (up to 50 pounds).
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain cultivation equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions as part of outdoor duties.
