Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide exceptional care to individuals in need. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. **Duties**:

- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living spaces and doing laundry
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health conditions
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in senior care or caregiving
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques is a plus
- Ability to perform basic medical tasks, such as medication administration
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals in need
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes or assisted living facilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: Up to $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 45 per week

- supportive care: 3 years (required)
