Brodsky Construction is seeking an experienced Packer Operator. This hybrid role includes both heavy equipment operation as well as labour duties. The schedule for this role is 10 days on, and 4 days off, and is a seasonal job.

QualificationsRequired
- Must be driven to excel in your position, and improve every day.
- 1 year experience operating equipment in an earth moving setting.
- Knowledge and experience reading and understanding slope stakes, grade stakes etc.
- Completing daily pre start-up checklists.
- Own transportation.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willing to work away from home.
- Willing to work 60+ hours per week.
- Willing to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Must be willing to operate other types of equipment when required.
- Must be physically fit and willing to assist in labour duties as required such as installing geotêxtiles, silt fence, culverts etc.

Preferred
- Possession of current safety tickets (first aid, TDG etc.) will be considered an asset. Please include copies of any certificates with your resume.
- Ability to operate articulated dump trucks, tractor, skid steer and any other equipment will be considered an asset.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Earth moving: 1 year (preferred)
