Positions Available: Cashiers, **Baristas.**

**Summary of Key Responsibilities: Requirements for the Counter Staff, Bakers, and Baristas include but are not limited to the following**: Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Coffee Culture **Able to work in high-paced environment, while providing exceptional guest experiences ** Up-selling items and educating guests on new products/services **Consistently engaging in conversation and delivering a personal approach to our guests ** Communicates information to manager/store owner in order to resolve issues and minimize inefficiencies **Acts as a Team-Player and assist colleagues while increasing employee morale ** Delivers exceptional service to all guests. Respond to guests concerns and refers any issues to manager/store owner if necessary **Follows Coffee Culture Café & Eatery operational policies and procedures. Including: cash handling, safety, security, cleanliness of store, organization of workplace, following beverage & eatery recipes and more ** Punctual and maintains regular attendance **Provides high quality beverages and eatery, which are consistent to all recipe, specifications and presentation standards. This in turn follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.**

**Experience**: Previous experience is an asset

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:Quick learner ** Understand tasks and ask questions for clarification **Cash handling ** Strong interpersonal skills **Team Player**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $15.50-$15.75 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
