Job Description: Cleaning Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Cleaning Manager at Higher Luxury Cleaning. As a Cleaning Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our cleaning operations, managing a team of cleaners, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. Your responsibilities will include driving cleaners to various locations, supervising their work, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:
Team Supervision:
Manage and lead a team of cleaners, providing guidance, training, and support.
Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to team members, ensuring optimal coverage and timely completion of assignments.
Conduct regular inspections to assess the quality of cleaning services and provide feedback for improvement.
Monitor the performance of team members, recognizing their achievements and addressing any performance issues.
Job Coordination:
Drive cleaners to different locations, ensuring they arrive on time and are well-equipped for the assigned tasks.
Coordinate with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and ensure they are met to their satisfaction.
Ensure that the necessary cleaning supplies, equipment, and tools are available and in good working condition.
Oversee inventory management for cleaning materials and equipment, making recommendations for procurement as needed.
Quality Control:
Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all assigned locations.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to cleaning protocols and standards.
Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, working towards resolution and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new cleaning techniques, incorporating them into the team's operations.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, work orders, and completed tasks.
Prepare regular reports on team performance, productivity, and any relevant issues or incidents.
Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement, implement strategies for enhanced efficiency, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the cleaning industry is highly preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and industry best practices.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work flexible hours and travel to different locations as needed.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Ability to handle and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
