The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are sanitized and ready for use. This position is essential to the overall success of our food service operations, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

**Duties**
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
- Sort and stack clean dishes for easy access by kitchen staff.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, including basic food handling tasks.
- Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are low.
- Support kitchen staff by keeping work areas clean and organized throughout service hours.
- Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices.
- stock bathrooms of paper towel ,toilet paper and soaps, as well as keep clean.
- stock bars of liquor and help prep for bar ingredients.

**Skills**
- Experience in hospitality or food service environments is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of proper food handling techniques and safety standards.
