Concrete Foreman

This role demands good judgement, strong communication, and a solid work ethic. You should be able to manage jobs independently and hold high standards from start to finish.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints and engineered drawings
- Lead and support a crew through all phases of flatwork
- Set grades, formwork, and prep sub-base to spec
- Accurately measure and order concrete
- Pour and finish concrete with hand tools and power trowels
- Screed with mínimal rework required
- Perform saw cuts and manage site cleanup
- Decorative/stamped concrete experience is a strong asset
- Solve problems on the fly and keep jobs moving

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class G license with at least 5 years driving experience
- Residential flatwork experience (finishing and forming)
- Physically capable of heavy lifting and working outdoors in all weather
- Basic carpentry skills and forming knowledge
- Comfortable reading blueprints and working to spec
- High attention to detail and follow-through

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
