Retail Store Lead

(Minimum 32 hours per week)

Reports directly to the Corporate Operations Management team.

Primarily responsible for leading Retail Store Lead and team development as well and delivering global process and strategy implementation in alignment with 180 Smoke overall organizational objectives

**Responsibilities**:
As Retail Store Lead you will be expected to partner with 180 Smoke corporate Operations team to support the management of day to day operations, staffing requirements and overall performance of your designated location. Through leading by example and developing progressive team coaching and accountability practices, your performance will be gauged through your ability to consistently deliver increases in revenue and KPI’s of your location while delivering a team and store atmosphere aligned with 180 Smoke’s core principles and objectives.
- Delivering continuous improvements in overall store sales and KPI performance
- Delivering all current and corporate directed Operational objectives to standard
- Team training, development and accountability practices
- Delivering a top level customer experience atmosphere which fosters team buy in
- Controlling shrink to target through delivering Loss Prevention practices as directed
- Maintaining efficient store inventory levels through communication of store/market needs, accurate and thorough shipping/receiving practices and ensuring staff POS functions are trained and delivered with accuracy
- Managing staff coaching and corrective needs
- Effectively managing customer retention through great service practices, social media upkeep and submission of responses to all negative/positive in-store/social media reviews for your location
- Working in support with corporate marketing team partners to drive brand and location awareness while ensuring in-store merchandising is delivered to directive. Managing staff commitment and coaching to deliver increased revenues and maximize promotions.
- Develop and deliver communication practices with internal and external stakeholders
- Collect, compile and communicate information data and analysis in structured and/or directed form to your immediate supervisor and relevant key corporate partners to consistently improve the overall results of your store and team
- Open and close the physical store on schedule and follow all store, mall, landlord and company procedures and directives
- You will work with the Retail Operations team on recruiting, hiring, training and development of your respective store personnel
- Deliver on Scorecard initiative results to at or above target
- All other corporate directed store related ancillary functions

**Qualifications**:

- Applicant much be 19 years or older
- Excellent listening and communication skills, able to effectively transfer information to customers and colleagues while making them feel comfortable and motivated
- Self-motivated, able to carry out projects AZ to directed standards with mínimal supervision and with proven ability to guide your professional development
- Able to address coaching plans, corrective measures and customer complaint resolution
- Possess the ability to learn and utilize all store systems and computer programs as directed

**Please Note**: You will be expected to understand and/or learn Vape products, how they function and possess a confident understanding of the Vaping marketplace. You will advise our loyal customers on the best products suited to their needs and address typical issues customers face through initial sales approach and post-sale care.
