**Position Purpose and** **Summary**
The Program Coordinator works as a part of the LLC staff team by overseeing office and program administration, recruitment and communications, and various rentals and events. They also support the rest of the LLC staff team with administrative tasks. This includes student-facing, alumni-facing and public-facing networking and communication.

Key Areas of Accountability*
Program Coordination
- _Office and Program Administration: _
- Update and organize course materials, webpage and program supplies as needed in the day to day and yearly operations of the LLC.
- Liaise with the TWU Career Centre (CCCD), Admissions Office, Enrolment Management Department, Registrar’s Office, Alumni Office, Marketing and Communications Department and other departments on the main Trinity Western campus about LLC needs and programs.
- Establish and maintain orderly systems of data and filing collections, both physically and electronically, for LLC staff.
- Manage the receipting and processing of LLC budget expenditures, and liaising with various members of the finance department and relevant software programs (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, PCard, VENA, etc).
- Supervise any student employee contracts for students enrolled at the LLC, including but not limited to roles in photography, content creation and social media.

- Field potential student inquiries about the LLC program
- _Recruitment, Communications and Outreach: _
- Plan and manage the various LLC social media sites, in collaboration with LLC Executive Director and staff.
- Draft and publish the LLC Alumni newsletter in coordination with the LLC Executive Director and staff.
- Assist in designing promotional materials in coordination with LLC Executive Director and TWU Marketing and Communications Department as required.
- Collaborate with the TWU Career Centre (CCCD), Admissions Office, Marketing and Communications Department and other departments on the main Trinity Western campus about LLC recruitment.
- Supervise the LLC Student Recruiter on main campus to promote the LLC through class visits, information sessions, and other promotional means

Rentals, Conferences and Events
- Administer conference and facility bookings at the LLC. This involves fielding inquiries and showing facilities to interested groups, calendar management, organizing conference details, facility set up/take down, group supervision, and invoicing and receipting guests.
- Oversee the management of the LLC parking lot rentals, which includes fielding inquiries from interested individuals, managing the wait list, collecting payment and communicating with tenants as is relevant
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of LLC events, including alumni gatherings, executive visits/dinners and student activities

Supports to Other Staff
- Provide receptionist support to LLC staff, including the Executive Director, Associate Director, Community Life Coordinator, Facilities Coordinator and adjunct professors.
- Support Community Life Coordinator as they facilitate community life and student fellowship at the LLC.
- Assist the Executive Director in the annual budget forecasting process and other administrative needs as they arise.
- Manage and report to the Executive Director in the implementation of health related policies and measures.
