Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, birthdays, and holidays
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and plants for their needs
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering advice on floral care
- Keep the store clean and organized
- Water plants, prune flowers, and perform general garden maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Able to work on Weekdays and Weekends

**Skills**:

- Experience in cash handling and retail sales
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Ability to create visually appealing floral arrangements
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and orders efficiently
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Passion for gardening and selling floral products
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques
