We are currently looking to add a new role to our team**:Building Caretaker**

** Summary**

The Building Caretaker is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized workplace across all office and plant areas. This role supports daily facility operations by performing cleaning duties, monitoring supply levels, assisting with light outdoor maintenance, and ensuring a professional appearance throughout the building. The Building Caretaker will work closely with the management team to address facility needs as they arise.

** Hours**:Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

** Key Responsibilities**
- Clean office spaces, including wiping down all hard surfaces
- Perform daily cleaning of office and plant washrooms
- Stock and replenish supplies such as paper goods, toiletries, and hand soap
- Conduct spot cleaning as needed throughout the day
- Remove garbage and recycling from offices, washrooms, and common areas
- Complete light snow clearing and salting of entrances as needed
- Wipe and sanitize high-touch surfaces such as door handles, railings, and switches
- Communicate facility needs, supply shortages, or maintenance concerns to management

** Key Qualifications**
- Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or building maintenance roles considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning supplies and equipment
- Familiarity with safe use of cleaning chemicals and products
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment
