**Job description**

Boggio Family of Pharmacies is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Grimsby. The Customer Service Representative works in the front shop and provides excellent service to all of our patients and customers. Come join a dynamic team and start your career with us today

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Provide prompt, direct and courteous service
- Assist with customers' questions, needs and purchases
- Cultivate successful relationships with all customers
- Collect payments by accepting cash, check, debit, credit or charge payments from customers; making change for cash customers
- Balance cash drawer
- Stock and clean shelves
- Answer telephones
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Contribute to the front shop team goals
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years’ customer service experience working in a retail setting
- Experience using a POS system
- Strong level of professionalism
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- General math skills
- Exceptional communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude
- Initiative and ambition
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
