ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skill, Experience)
- Graduate of a Community College Human Resources Program
- Successful completion of advanced level Excel course or equivalent advanced level knowledge.
- 3 years related experience in Human Resources in a unionized environment.
- A minimum of two (2) years recent experience in a scheduling environment, preferably in health care.
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge and experience in Crystal Report writing.
- Comprehensive knowledge and use of MS Office, Staff Scheduling software, Intranet, report writing, database management, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of collective agreements (ONA,, OPSEU, UNIFOR, UFCW) and related hospital policies and procedures.
- Satisfactory attendance.
