Shaft Pusher

**Duties**:

- Contribute to the safe continuous operation of a die cast machine to produce high quality castings.
- Ensure consistent quality as it relates to specified production performance targets per hour.
- Understand and follow the following ‘work instructions’: Lockout Procedure (HSP-09), DCM Start up (W.02.001), ABB Robot Machine start up instruction - where applicable (W.02.181), Containment Action Plan (W.10.043) and Material Identification (W.10.067).
- Accurate record-keeping/documentation (pre-start safety checks, production, daily scrap, downtime, etc.)
- Housekeeping: maintain a safe and efficient workspace.

**Requirements**:

- 1 -4 years Trim Press experience preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change
- Problem solving & troubleshooting skills
- Mechanically inclined
- Strong hand/eye coordination
- Detail oriented
