**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vehicle Preparation**: Thoroughly prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing surfaces.
- **Masking**: Accurately mask off areas that should not be painted to ensure precision and quality in the finished product.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect painted surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards and make any necessary touch-ups.

**Qualifications**:

- **Certification**: Red Seal certification is required.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in automotive painting with a strong portfolio of completed work.
- **Skills**: Proficient in preparation, masking, and painting techniques.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to deliver high-quality finishes with meticulous attention to detail.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.
