Fix cafe at Nita Lake Lodge prides itself in being a local favourite. Providing nourishing fuel for the day or a place to watch the world happen with your morning coffee we welcome locals and visitors alike. As a Barista, you provide guests with excellent service and prepare high quality food and drinks to fuel their day.

**Job Duties**
- Interact with guests in a friendly, positive, professional manner.
- Prepare high quality coffees, beverages and food items.
- Ensure the coffee bar is well stocked with supplies.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary coffee bar and café.
- Collect payment and operate cash register.
- Assist with the training of other baristas.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols including Covid-19 enhanced safety guidelines.
- Other duties as required.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Passion for guest service.
- Previous café experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards.
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
