**_*Currently, we are recruiting for a Retail Sales Associate at our 130 King St W location* _**_We are open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm, applicants must be available for daytime shifts. Ideal applicant would be available Monday-Friday 11-4, up to a total of 20 regularly scheduled weekly hours. _

**Responsibilities**

As an integral member of our retail team, the NBTO Sales Associate is ultimately responsible for acting as an enthusiastic front-line brand ambassador while offering exceptional service for each and every customer entering their store location. Every day, they utilize specialized product knowledge and unique service techniques to create an in-store experience that consistently “WOWS” each and every guest, ultimately upholding the Company’s reputation for providing the best customer service while helping each individual find their own perfect fit. The NBTO Sales Associate also works with their team to maintain economic and efficient store operations, contributing to the control and maintenance of their store’s inventory and work environment. Lifting heavy, irregular loads (up to 50lbs), working on ladders (up to 12 feet), climbing stairs, and regular cleaning tasks are all a part of a busy day’s work.

**Characteristics and Qualifications**
- Interest in athletics, health and wellness is essential.**_
- Interest in Running/Running experience recommended.**_
- Available 20+ hours a week for weekday shifts 11-4. (we are closed weekends and evenings).**_
- Dedicated, passionate worker with previous retail and/or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Enthusiasm for learning new skills and taking on new challenges
- Eagerness to contribute to a safe, healthy, welcoming team environment
- Passion for health, wellness, and sport
- Practical working knowledge of computer operations, including use of the full Microsoft Office Suite
