**Your contributions to the team include**:

- Managing Regional Training team and ensuring the success of the Broadstreet Onboarding Program.
- Effectively communicate and champion the role of training within the organization.
- Facilitate and manage training programs for process and software changes, and ongoing employee development.
- Work with managers and supervisors to ensure training programs are effective and meet the need of all stakeholders.
- Take an active role in training practical hands on, administrative and software-based skills
- Stay current on all policy and procedure changes
- Coordinate training team and resources to ensure all training provided in a timely manner.
- Monitor, evaluate, training activities or program effectiveness
- Provide regular and consistent feedback to the Regional Trainers, Training and Safety Standards
- Provide relevant Health and Safety training
- Provide training support for the implementation of new projects and processes

**What you need to be successful**:

- Post-secondary education in education, leadership, business or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years in a role related to training
- Minimum 3 years management experience
- Experience leading training session and onboarding new employees (virtually and in person)
- Experience planning and directing the work of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a changing environment
- Experience performing administrative tasks following specific policies and procedures
- Strong verbal, listening, written communication skills required
- Must be willing and able to travel
