Some of our Pastry products include: sourdough Croissants, Babka, Sourdough cakes, Sourdough cookies and Sourdough Muffins. **Requirements**: - ** Minimum of 2 year of Pastry experience**: - ** Minimum 1 year Lamination of Croissants**: - Some experience with sourdough is helpful - Culinary/ baking education is preferred - Clean, organized, attentive IMPORTANT - willing to work with **intensity**: - ability to multitask and operate in fast pace when needed - can work independently or in a team - Can arrive reliably and independently **on time**: - Able to follow recipes and clear instructions - strong constitution, able to lift 50 lbs **Duties & Responsibilities may include**: Our team members rotate all the duties and responsibilities with each other from dough mixing, to lamination of croissants and babka as well as making cake batters and cleaning. Duties include - Lamination of croissants (150-300pcs) - Shaping of Babkas - Mix multiple batches of cake and Muffin batter (15kg batches) - Mixing multiple batches of dough & starters (15-30kg batches) - Packing products for deliveries - Cooking Jams, chocolate, fillings - Restocking inventory - Cleaning **Pay & Schedule availability**: - PT/ FT: 4-5 days a week 25-40hr (depending on experience) - Shift length approx 6-8hr - Shift timing may range between the hours of 8am-5pm - Days required: weekdays and at least one weekend day - Ideal days are Wed-Fri - Shift schedule will include morning and afternoons - $20-24 per hours (contingent on experience and technical skills) Include paid 30m break, **plus tips** Big League Food Company is the next generation of beloved food brands.
