JBT Hospitality Inc., we are a company that has just started our growth. We are pleased to announce our first hotel within the portfolio, the newly construction Holiday Inn & Suites Welland. Minutes away from Niagara Falls and the amazing Niagara wineries. We are fortunate to be in a spot where our guests while having breakfast can look out into the field and around the pond to see the wildlife grazing.
We are looking for career minded individuals that share our same passion for service as we do. Our goal is always to exceed the guests expectation, and provide a stay defect free and cleanliness all around. A perfect stay is what we want to exceed. We're always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So we're searching for a Sales Manager with a track record of driving sales and smashing targets to help us fill our rooms and meeting suites.

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

- Managing daily sales activities and coaching of guest services team
- Hitting all personal and sales goals to help us maximize profitability
- Creating and implementing sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume, and meeting space sales
- Producing and reviewing monthly reports to monitor performance
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and outside contacts
- Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field
- Four or more years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting
- Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required
- Must speak local language(s) ; English
- Other languages preferred; French
