Are you a **natural leader** passionate about inclusion, education, and youth empowerment? We’re looking for dedicated volunteers to **lead and support a youth committee** that creates meaningful opportunities for youth with Down syndrome (ages 12-18) to shine in their communities.

This is more than a support role—**it’s a chance to lead and make an impact**. You’ll help plan, promote, and run youth-led events while contributing to long-term program development that supports leadership, inclusion, and growth.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong **leadership and initiative**:

- Organized, friendly, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in youth work, event planning, special education, or nonprofit settings is an **asset**:

- Comfortable using tools like **Microsoft 365 and Mailchimp**:

- Educational background in **Education, Social Work, Psychology, Disability Studies, or a related field** is preferred but not required
- Commitment to inclusion and empowering youth with disabilities
