**Your work environment at EXP**

**What a day at EXP has in store for you**
- Conduct and coordinate geotechnical engineering investigations and reporting
- Leads and coordinates all efforts to execute assigned projects
- Analyzes geotechnical data to prepare results for reports
- Prepares initial drafts of geotechnical reports
- Carry out engineering analysis under P.Eng. supervision
- Attend staff and project meetings when requested Interaction with clients and contractors to provide excellent service and a quick response to their needs

**What your experience looks like**
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or geological/geotechnical engineering
- Master’s degree in geotechnical engineering, an asset
- 2 to 5 years of pertinent experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player with proven ability to work independently or as a member of project teams
- Excellent organizing, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient problem-solving skills
- Must possess valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to travel to job sites
