Description de poste - Ouvrier général, ligne de peinture

Fonction principale: Le travail du travailleur général de la peinture est d'aider le département de peinture à faire fonctionner la ligne de peinture Knoedler Power Coat en chargeant / déchargeant des pièces, en masquant des pièces, en nettoyant, en emballant, etc.

Responsabilités professionnelles:

- Aider à gérer les pièces de réception et faire l'inspection avant le chargement sur le convoyeur pour les défauts
- Masquez les pièces au besoin avant de peindre
- Charger/décharger les pièces sur la ligne de convoyeur de peinture
- Faire un contrôle qualité des pièces peintes
- Faites un petit sous-assemblage, ajoutez des vis, des écrous/boulons, un pare-chocs en caoutchouc, etc. sur les pièces peintes
- Emballage des pièces qui ont été peintes
- Aider le superviseur à maintenir le réservoir de la laveuse propre et à entretenir correctement les produits chimiques/pièces au besoin
- Nettoyer la zone de travail autour de la machine/équipement et de l'entrepôt
- Suivre les règles et réglementations de sécurité de l'usine
- Effectuer toute autre tâche assignée par le superviseur/ingénieur au besoin Qualifications:

- De préférence 3 mois à 1 an d'expérience dans une installation de fabrication
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement chaud
- Capacité à soulever des boîtes de 20 lb seules et des boîtes de 55 lb avec une autre personne
- Anglais ou français de base
- Bonnes compétences pratiques pour manipuler les outils de base
- La capacité de travailler rapidement, méthodiquement et avec cohérence
- Sincère, ponctuel et travailleur

Main Function:
The job of the general worker painting is to help painting department to run Knoedler power coat paint line by loading/un-loading parts, masking parts, cleaning, packaging etc.

Job Responsibilities:

- Help to manage the receiving parts & do inspection before loading on the conveyor for defects
- Mask the parts as needed before painting
- Load/un-load parts on the paint conveyor line
- Do quality inspection of the painted parts
- Do small sub-assembly add screws, nut/bolts, rubber bumper etc. on the painted parts
- Packaging of parts that have been painted
- Help supervisor to maintain the washer tank clean & maintain chemical/parts properly as needed
- Clean up the work area around the machine/equipment & warehouse
- Follow the plant safety rules & regulation
- Do any other task assigned by the supervisor/engineer as needed

Qualifications:

- Preferably 3 months to 1-year experience in a manufacturing set up
- Ability to work on the hot environment
- Ability to lift 20lb boxes alone 55lb boxes with another person
- Basic English or French
- Good practical skills to handle basic tools
- The ability to work quickly, methodically & with consistency
- Sincere, punctual & hard working
