**Position Overview**

Hatchet Lake Lodge is seeking energetic and adaptable **Hospitality Staff** to join our team for the 2026 summer season. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy variety in their work and take pride in creating a welcoming, organized, and memorable experience for guests.

Hospitality team members rotate through a range of responsibilities including **meal service, bartending, housekeeping, laundry, and general lodge support**. This rotation keeps work balanced and ensures the team is cross-trained in all areas of lodge operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide professional and friendly breakfast and dinner service in the dining room.
- Bartend during guest hours, maintaining a clean, organized bar and recording guest tabs accurately.
- Participate in daily housekeeping, ensuring cabins and common areas are clean and well maintained.
- Assist with laundry, restocking, and other general lodge duties as assigned.
- Work cooperatively with other staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

**Qualifications**
- Previous hospitality, restaurant, or housekeeping experience is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Positive, flexible attitude and willingness to handle a range of tasks.
- Comfortable living and working in a remote fly-in environment.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Competitive seasonal wage (based on experience).
- Room and board provided on-site.
