**Overview**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring assistance with daily living activities. Caregivers will work in various settings, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and private homes, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of care and support.

**Duties**
Caregivers will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at promoting the well-being and comfort of clients, including but not limited to:

- Providing personal care assistance such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assisting with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Administering medications as prescribed and ensuring adherence to medication schedules
- Preparing nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs
- Supporting clients with daily activities and companionship
- Performing light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Offering specialized care for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments
- Engaging clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and social interaction

**Requirements**:

- Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or hospice care is preferred
- Strong background in patient care and senior care practices
- Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities and providing home care services
- Knowledge of caregiving techniques, including dementia care strategies
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks effectively while maintaining a safe environment
- Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to undergo any required training or certifications related to caregiving
