Cfs Associate Insurance Advisor

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Schedule and hold client meetings with or without Insurance Advisor and support in developing appropriate financial strategies, and appropriate recommendations
- Shares responsibility of office administrative duties and supports senior representatives with the management of ongoing client relationships to ensure seamless operations and strong client engagement
- Creates and maintains client files, adhering to compliance requirements
- Promote the organization and participate in client education opportunities and community events
- Support community economic development initiatives
- Seek to improve the financial health of existing and new members, as well as self-sourced clients
- Support the achievement of branch growth targets as set out in the business plan
**Qualifications**:
- Possess Life Insurance license
- Proven experience in meeting sales objectives
- Proven networking and relationship building skills
Flexible and/or extended work hours may be required. Travel may be required.
Salary will commensurate with qualifications, experience, and education. Upon qualifying, we offer excellent employee benefits and a matched pension plan.
