**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and pricing strategies.
- Manage payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
- Conduct recruiting, interviewing, and training of new staff members while fostering their development.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to promote store initiatives and enhance customer engagement.
- Create and Post social media content daily, weekly, and for special Sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and administrative tasks.
- Utilize POS systems for sales transactions and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
- Monitor store performance metrics and develop action plans to improve sales and operational efficiency.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and provide regular feedback on performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential.
- Strong background in retail sales, merchandising, and store management practices.
- Familiarity with budgeting, payroll processes, and financial analysis is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence others effectively.
- Proficient in time management, organizational skills, and administrative tasks related to retail operations.
- Strong math skills for managing budgets, pricing strategies, and cash handling responsibilities.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
