**Rolling Operator (DeltaGomma -Cowansville, Quebec)**

DeltaGomma (a MultyHome LP Company) is a manufacturing facility that specializes in the design of high-quality recycled rubber products that meet the strictest standards in the commercial, automotive and industrial industries.

Thanks to its innovative processes, DeltaGomma diverts 5000 metric tons of rubber and plastic from industrial sources from landfill each year.

**Position Summary**:The Rolling Operator is responsible for the conversion of finished goods into singular packaged, labelled products by use of a rolling machine. This role requires a focused individual with time management skills.

Essential Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Perform general safety and maintenance checks on rolling machines before usage.
- Ensure all products are securely loaded on feeding table
- Conduct brief quality checks on all product before feeding machine
- Coordinate with loader on receiving end of machine for commencement of rolling
- Adjust rolling machine label applicators and pressure rollers as required
- Change machine mandrels as required
- Feed products which vary from 2 to 40 pounds into rolling machine
- Achieve designated daily production quotas assigned by Production Lead or designates
- Escalate any quality issues to Production Lead
- Assist in construction of industrial packing to store finished, rolled product
- Assist in labelling finished products
- Ensure inventory counts are accurate
- Perform other minor adjustments as required
- Perform any other reasonable assignments given by the Department Management or delegates
- Support and/or lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct all work duties as per the health, safety, environmental policies, and quality policies as established by Multy Home/DeltaGomma.

Education and/or Experience
- Minimum six (6) months in a manufacturing setting
- Proven ability to working with teams
- Experience operating machines considered an asset
