About the position:
As a personal trainer here at Crunch, you will be responsible for servicing clientele in a professional and personal manner to deliver quality sessions. Creating success stories with your clients should be your top priority.
We have a Fitness Consultant who sells the training, however the best trainers who are extremely successful perform some self-generated consultations, in which we have many avenues of doing so.
New Personal Trainers will start with the expectation that gaining a client base takes time. The pay structure for a trainer is based on completed client sessions which are billed at an hourly rate. Hourly rate will be determined based on experience, however, we will increase wages for performance. Training and development hours with the General Manager will be available to ensure you are set up to succeed when you take on a new client.

Background in personal training or post-secondary education is a major asset and applicants with both or one will be offered interviews first.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time
**Salary**: $18.00-$35.00 per hour
