**Sales & Marketing Manager**

**We are seeking a self-motivated, creative, & dedicated professional to build and grow our team in a Sales/Marketing manager role within our raw pet food manufacturing & distribution business. In this position, you will play a critical role in the success of our business by developing and implementing sales & marketing strategies or programs, building and implementing systems to improve the value stream, developing and recruiting staff, developing and improving customer relationships both existing and new.**

**Positions Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Build and implement systems throughout the customer's value stream**:

- **Train and recruit staff as required to ensure the company goals are met**:

- **Maintain excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service**
- **Perform inside and outside sales as required**
- **Contribute information, ideas, and research to develop sales & marketing strategies.**
- **Detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered**
- **Set marketing schedules and coordinate with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels**
- **Develop sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.**
- **Answer questions from clients about our products and their benefits**
- **Track sales data and work to set and meet quotas or sales goals**
- **Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance**
- **Create and present regular performance reports for other managers and executives**
- **Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures**
- **Attend trade shows and travel to meet clients as needed**
- **Communicate effectively with all team members**
- **Cross-train with other roles and fill in as required.**

**Positions Requirements and Qualifications**
- **Must be a true leader within the area of Business Development, Sales, & Marketing**:

- **Extensive business development, sales, and marketing experience and/or training required**
- **Extensive knowledge of raw pet food and raw feeding and pet nutrition**
- **Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills**
- **Creative and outside the box thinking**
- **Ability to evaluate market conditions and work within the market constraints**
- **A keen eye for detail**
- **Willingness to make quick and thoughtful decisions on behalf of the business**
- **Effective relationship-building skills**
- **Must be proficient with computers and standard business programs like Excel, Quick Books, Word**
- **Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or other related fields.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

- 25% (required)
