We are seeking an energetic person for the role of
**Site Supervisor **to be based at our
**Mississauga, ON**
***office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Studying plans and specifications for construction
- Developing skilled craft workers and laborers
- Procurement of tools and materials
- Conferring with all levels of staff from laborers to engineering personnel to resolve issues and improve construction methods
- Preparing detailed progress reports and inspecting work.
- Full time travel required

Qualifications:

- 5 years progressive experience as a Construction Superintendent
- Experience in Geotechnical Construction is preferred
- Previous experience in infrastructure projects / working with the cities and municipalities considered an asset
- Strong leadership and communication skills required
