A strong skill set applicable to the Residential Construction and Restoration industry, a strong knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and dynamic customer skills.
He/She interacts with many customers on a daily basis, and works with the Project Management team. He/She reports to the Operations Manager and is under the direct supervision of the Site Supervisor.

A willingness to learn new skills, strong motivation to complete tasks and a good attitude is a must
- Interact with clients as needed
- knowledge of conventional framing, insulation and roofing installations an asset
- A strong attention to details
- willingness to learn new skills.
- Drywall and floating; knowledge of ceiling treatments preferred.
- Window, Door and exterior finishes
- Maintain Vehicle and Equipment, repairs and maintenance as needed
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area in the shop.
- Abilities in mathematics for measurements and conversions and the skills to determine materials needed for different jobs.
- Participate in rotating On Call.
- Measurements using a tape and basic math skills required
- Excellent verbal communication skills are a must.
- Familiarity with Mobile Device and technology an asset.
