NAMCO Machine and Gear Works Ltd is Hiring a QC Inspector.

Perform quality control inspections and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure product quality and accuracy on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Utilize hand measurement tools, and CMM equipment to measure and analyze product dimensions and tolerances
- Identify and document non-conformities, defects, and deviations from specifications
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain inspection records and prepare detailed inspection reports
- Monitor and calibrate measuring instruments and equipment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes during customer audits and inspections

We are looking for someone that has at least 3 - 5 years experience in a Machine Shop. Compensation based on experience and ability to contribute to the group in a meaningful way.

Detail Oriented, Cooperative, and hard working. This position would be Long Term.
