We are currently accepting resumes from **dedicated** and **energetic** individuals who are looking for a position as a** Lot Attendant/Delivery Driver** at our **Calmont Equipment** Location **Bobcat of Edmonton, AB**.

As a **Lot Attendant/Delivery Driver**, your primary responsibility is to keep all units clean and ready for delivery, or displayed neatly in the yard. Some job duties include, but are not limited to:

- Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects and damages.
- Record the description of damages and list missing items on the delivery receipt.
- Park new vehicles in assigned areas.
- Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the Sales Manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
- Pick up vehicles from and deliver vehicles to storage or customers.
- Check all vehicles to make sure they are working properly and advise Sales Manager of any problems.
- Keep unit keys stored in a secure location and ensure all units are locked.
- Pick up and deliver parts, personnel, and paperwork as required.
- Clean and vacuum vehicle interior. Wash and polish vehicle exterior.
- Replace missing or defective small parts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Valid Class 3 Drivers License is a must.
- Skid steer experience would be an asset
- Self-starter with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable driving large vehicles and trucks.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Customer service skills would be an asset.
- Must be able to pull trailers.
