Fast paced MSP environment
- Multiple clients small to large all verticals - even enterprise level
- General networking knowledge - routing, Access, B-Landing
- Tickets - 5-15 - some project-based longer tickets
- Active Directory, DNS - implementation on cluster level, RDS, NTS, WDS - deployment
- Heavy Windows, servers, deployment, configuration, de-commissioned
- VSphere, VMware - some certs but willing to get them
- Veem Partner, knowledge is good, Backup
- Some Azure, O365
- Assist in the design and implement short and long-term strategic plans to ensure infrastructure capacity meets existing and future requirements.
- Conducts research and makes recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards in support of all infrastructure procurement and development efforts.
- Monitors and analyzes network performance across the organization’s LANs, WANs, and wireless deployments.
- Ensures the stable operation and efficient performance of company networks.
- Monitors system capacity to determine its effect on performance and recommend enhancements to meet new or changing network demands.
- Identifies and remedies network performance bottlenecks.
- Installs and configures all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, UPSs, and so on.
- Handles escalation of problems forwarded by team members either through resolution or coaching.
- Perform VMware vCenter and ESX upgrades and patching
- Develops and maintains system-related documentation to facilitate implementation and/or adoption of system changes.
- Identifies solutions to meet and continuously improve system performance and uptime. Recommends enhancements to meet new system demands.

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

- Azure: 2 years (preferred)
- vCenter: 4 years (preferred)
- TCP/IP: 4 years (preferred)
- Firewall: 4 years (preferred)
- VPN: 5 years (preferred)
- Cluster: 3 years (preferred)
- Switches: 4 years (preferred)
