about this team
The lululemon Evolution Office (LEO) team is lululemon's transformation office that exists to make sure lululemon’s strategy comes to life. We are a diverse team of internal advisors, facilitators, designers, and momentum-drivers who work across all lululemon’s functions and geographies. We focus on developing trusted partnerships and a deep understanding of lululemon’s operations to identify and prioritize opportunities to support operating model and process transformation, enterprise investment planning, and cross-functional program delivery - all in service of bringing lululemon’s strategy to life.
**a day in the life**: what you’ll do
- Responsible for Enterprise Planning Governance, which is the system and structure to track performance of strategic priorities and investments. This includes the definition and operationalization of the process, enrollment and partnership with key cross-functional stakeholders, management of key Governance forums, and delivery of reporting and materials.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, driving enrollment, decision-making, and execution of key milestones and deliverables.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Build trusting relationships and drive momentum with cross-functional partners.
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, shifting approach and execution as needed.
- Support other Enterprise Planning workstreams as directed by your leader.
qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in leading complex and highly cross-functional projects and / or programs.
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities, under tight timelines.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and comfortable communicating to various levels of leaders.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause identification skills.
- Self-motivated, passionate, and detail-oriented multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Project management certificates and / or certification would be an asset
- University Degree in Business, Operations Management or similar preferred
