**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and lead a team of support staff to ensure optimal resident services.
- Oversee the room inventory and readiness for move ins
- Manage residents requests for additional services as needed.
- Manage daily operations of resident services to ensure compliance to company standards.
- Conduct regular assessments of resident satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills in senior care.
- Foster a positive community atmosphere that promotes social engagement among residents.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within senior care or assisted living environments.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management within a residential setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- Commitment to providing compassionate care to seniors while maintaining their dignity and independence.
