Position Overview
Under the supervision of Manager of Housekeeping, and while demonstrating a commitment to the mission, values and organizational culture of the Grace General Hospital, the AIDE III is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department activities to maintain all areas of the Hospital in a safe, clean and orderly condition, as well as the smooth and timely functioning of all routine activities.
Experience
Minimum three years cleaning experience required.
Minimum two years supervisory experience in a medium to large organization, preferably in a hospital environment preferred.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
Grade 12 education or equivalent.
Successful completion of a supervisory/management course from a recognized community college or university preferred.
Certification/Licensure/Registration

Qualifications and Skills
Demonstrated computer ability.
Must be self-motivated with exemplary customer service skills.
Must possess good analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
