**Position Overview**:
As a **Full-Time**Security Guard with LPS, you will play a critical role in maintaining the security and integrity of our organization and retail environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support store staff as related to customer service.
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
- Adhere diligently to established procedures and protocols.
- Prepare detailed incident reports using knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Citizen’s Power of Arrest.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while representing Loss Prevention Services at all times.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
- Proven experience within the retail sector and/or a customer service role.
- High school diploma required; preference for graduates in Police Foundations or Law & Security.
- Part-Time availability, including weekends.
- Reliable cell phone with a data plan.
- Physical fitness to walk and stand for extended periods.
- High level of honesty and integrity.
- Possession of a reliable vehicle.
