**Job Title**: Campus Manager - Culinary College/School

**Location**:Hamilton Downtown

**Private Career College sector experience will be an asset.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies specifically for the culinary college/school sector to achieve and exceed company targets.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Work collaboratively with other departments, including culinary operations, education and finance, to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members with mandatory experience in the culinary college/school sector.
- Oversee Admin Staff, Create processes for smooth day to day running of the office.
- Review curriculum and add new programs to the current offering.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in sales management within the culinary college/school sector.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of culinary college/school sector trends and customer needs.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Ability to effectively manage and mentor a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with culinary college/school sector trends, technologies, and best practices, as well as knowledge of OSAP and Private Career College Act 2005 is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $43,589.70-$55,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hamilton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Private career College: 2 years (preferred)
